Connection no longer supported - Mouseprice

This connection is no longer available as provider has decided to no longer allow us to connect.

Note. We recommend users connect their properties with the Zoopla / Hometrack connection

American Express - Duplicate accounts & Reoccurring transaction issue

Our technical teams have resolved the main issue - Some users are still experiencing some follow on snags, if there’s anything wrong with your connection, please come through to support for further troubleshooting.

Metro Bank - Connectivity issue with the provider

Our technical teams have raised the connectivity issue with the provider and worked with them to resolve it - they currently do not have a live Open Banking implementation for us to work with.

Note: Latest news is that Metro plans to make an API-based solution available in the future but no timescales have been provided.
